This information describes the browser-local demonstration of Shaz Bees Care Services. It is not a complete privacy notice for an operational care provider.
Please use fictional information only. This preview does not send inquiries to a care team, book appointments, take payments or provide clinical advice. It is not suitable for collecting real personal, faith-related or health information.
What the residential stay inquiry saves
When you explicitly submit the form, your browser stores your name, telephone number, email address, preferred move-in date, residential stay option, preferred duration, monthly or yearly fee-information preference, consent acknowledgement and inquiry timestamps. No fee is calculated or agreed. These records are saved under shaz_care_inquiries in local storage.
The current form does not request medical conditions, support levels, dietary information, faith or language preferences. Individual needs should be discussed privately through an appropriate secure channel. Records saved by the earlier website demonstration may still contain those preferences and historical estimates; they are retained, clearly identified in the admin dashboard, and are not current service offers.
Selections are otherwise kept in memory while the page is open. Inquiries stay on this browser profile, on this website's origin. Changing browser, device, protocol, hostname or port will show a different set of records. They are not synchronised, encrypted by this application, or backed up to a server.
Who can see these records?
Anyone with access to this browser profile or its developer tools may be able to read the local records. The Executive Admin Center's password prompt is a demonstration interface gate only; its credentials and logic are in public JavaScript. It does not provide genuine access control. Do not treat it as a secure clinical or business system.
A local session marker keeps the dashboard signed in temporarily. It expires after 30 minutes without activity and is removed on logout. Signing out does not remove inquiry records.
Retention and removal
Local inquiries remain until this site's browser data is cleared. There is no automatic retention policy. Use your browser's site-data settings to remove this site's local storage, which deletes all demonstration inquiries stored here. Exported CSV files are separate downloads and must be managed independently. Avoid shared or public devices.
External services and contact links
No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies or payment services are included. Google Fonts supplies the optional web fonts and receives the usual network request information, such as your IP address; system fonts are used if the font service is blocked. Before production, self-host the fonts or document this external processing appropriately.
Telephone links open your device's calling application. The supplied +44 20 7946 0920 is a demonstration placeholder, not a verified operational helpline. Administrative WhatsApp links open WhatsApp using only the stored phone number; no care details are placed in a prefilled message. WhatsApp is a separate third-party service with its own privacy practices.
Fees, duration and booking status
The owner has described short-term, long-term and permanent residential stays, with 24-hour care, everyday support and freshly cooked meals. A temporary stay can include around two months; the website does not impose a six-week maximum. All durations are preferences subject to suitability, room availability and agreed terms.
Confirmed rates have not been supplied or published. Monthly and yearly options request fee information only: they are not prices, discounts, subscriptions, payment plans or contracts. Fees in pounds sterling, inclusions, any additional costs, notice periods and cancellation terms must be provided in an individual proposal before agreement. A preferred move-in date does not reserve a room.
New inquiries have no monetary quote. The admin dashboard counts those awaiting a fee discussion, rather than inventing revenue or treating missing prices as free care. Earlier demonstration estimates remain historical records only and must not be treated as approved rates.
Care standards and illustrative content
The current website describes a care home where older people come to live, not a home-visiting or carer-placement service. 24-hour daily care is not a statement of registered nursing, specialist dementia treatment or post-hospital rehabilitation. Clinical suitability, staffing and any specific cultural, language, faith or dietary arrangements must be confirmed individually.
CQC regulates relevant services in England; other UK nations have their own regulators. No provider registration number, inspection report, property address, kitchen certification or nursing roster has been supplied for verification. The preview does not claim a regulatory rating or endorsement.
Photographs illustrate the care-home concept and should not be interpreted as proof of operating premises, room types, accessibility, clients or staff. The family guidance is explanatory content, not testimonials. The founding promise expresses the service ethos. The home's opening status, exact location and available facilities require confirmation before launch.
Before this website can accept real inquiries
The operator must provide its legal identity, business address, genuine contact details and relevant registrations; implement a secure backend and authenticated administrative access; define lawful bases for personal and special-category data processing; establish access controls, retention and deletion processes; and publish reviewed privacy, service and complaints information.
